DebConf7 took place from Sunday 17 to Saturday 23 June 2007, in Edinburgh, Scotland. Emdebian presented a general update on progress since DebConf6 and held an Emdebian BOF.
Simon Richter held a series of BOF meetings on wacky ideas and wacky ideas II
Emdebian developers also attended and presented other talks on the Debian armel port, From Concept to Concrete (Hardware, from design to product), arm port BoF and a lightning talk on the Balloon Open Hardware Licence.
During DebConf, development continued between meetings and included a new Debian release of emdebian-tools, adding filtering to dpkg and supporting REVERSE_CROSS in gcc-4.2.
