CVS migrated to SVN

We have now completed our move away from sourceforge by migrating the last function we were still using there (CVS) to a local Subversion repository. Thanx to Charles Stevenson (Core) and Hector Oron (Zumbi) for their efforts to get that sorted.
The original toolchains from 2002 have been dropped from the repository at this point, as they are now too old to be relevant, and we no longer want to maintain a whole copy of the toolchain with some patches - such things should go upstream.
